Outdoor Exhibits & Concessions Pricing
Dear potential Exhibitor/Concessionaire:
Thank you for your interest in the State Fair of Louisiana. Enclosed is a space application. Please understand that your application will be considered on the availability of space, the amount of space required and the number of existing products being sold or exhibited by others.
A current photo of your display area, or concessions trailer must accompany this application. No application will be considered without this photo.
Fair dates for 2008 are Thursday, October 23 through Sunday, November 9 (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). You must be here the entire eighteen days of the fair. No late admission or early exits will be approved. Prices for 2007 State Fair are listed below:
SPACE COST
Outside Food Sales - (selling off of one side)
$80.00, $75.00 or $65.00 per front foot (awning to awning).
Minimum of 10 feet.
Outside Food Sales - (center lineup)
$100.00, $80.00, or $70.00 per front foot (awning to awning).
Minimum of 30 feet. Centers are figured on 20' length plus the width.
Outside Nonfood - (selling off of one side)
$70.00, $60.00 or $50.00 per front foot (awning to awning).
Minimum of 10 feet.
Outside Nonfood - (center lineup)
$70.00, $60.00 or $50.00 per front foot (awning to awning).
Minimum of 30 feet.
ELECTRICITY
120 VOLT, 30 AMP: $50
240 VOLT, 30 AMP: $100
240 VOLT, 60 AMP: $150
240 VOLT, 100 AMP: $200
*Each additional hookup is $50
STOCK TRUCKS
Stock trucks w/ electricity: $150
Stock trucks w/o electricity: $100
GOLF CARTS
If you choose to bring your own golf cart to the Fair, a permit fee of $200 plus proof of insurance is required.
TAX
Sales tax will be collected by the State Fair of Louisiana for the tax Department.
City and State sales tax is now 8.60%.
CREDENTIALS
Season Gate Pass: $20
Daily Gate Pass: $3
Season Parking Pass: $20
Daily Parking Pass: $3
*Season passes good for the entire fair
*Daily passes must be surrendered at the gate
INSURANCE
Must have $1,000,000 general liability insurance, naming State Fair of Louisiana and City of Shreveport as additional insured. May be purchased through State Fair for $125. Workman’s Compensation is also required when necessary.
RV PARKING
RV Parking is available during the Sate Fair at a rate of $20/night. This is done on a first come, first serve basis and is not included in your contract for space.
TRASH REMOVAL FEE:
There is a $50 trash removal fee for each location.
