Lessee will provide adequate police and fire department personnel as deemed necessary by the Shreveport Police and Fire Department to insure the safety of patrons prior to, during and after the event. Sufficient funds to cover all in-house expenses through tickets sales or additional cash deposit must be received within fourteen calendar days of the show. Hirsch Memorial Coliseum - Completed in 1954, this structure has been the site of major concerts, circuses, rodeos, motor thrill shows and many other events and activities. Its maximum capacity is 10,300. It has 600 tons of air conditioning, five meeting rooms, four dressing rooms, over 28,000 sq. feet on the arena floor and the ceiling is 90 feet from the floor.
