Flo The Clown is our favorite clown here at the State Fair of Louisiana! You can see her strolling the midway throughout the fair at various times! You might see her on tricycle or her funny car! Flo has been know to paint a face or make a balloon animal! Come out to the State Fair and make plans to see everyone's favorite clown!
