Ear Tag/Validation Order Form

NOTE: This form is used to request ear tags/DNA kits for validating Market and/or Commercial Animals ONLY. This is NOT a form of registration for the 2023 State Fair of Louisiana, an entry form will still need to be submitted by the entry deadline. DNA kits must be returned to the State Fair of Louisiana no later than the possession dates listed below. You must be a Louisiana 4H or FFA member to participate in the Market /Commercial Shows. Each DNA kit will cost $12.00 with a $1.00 processing fee per kit.

If you are ordering tags for multiple exhibitors, please submit one form per exhibitor!
