Fairground Finds Spring 2026

Vendor applications for Fairground Finds will be accepted through May 9th. Standard vendor spaces are $20 for an 18' x 10' parking spot, with optional add-ons available including electrical hookup for an additional $10 and an 8-foot table with two chairs for $5. Setup will take place on May 16th from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and all items must be removed at the end of the event—no goods may be left on the grounds overnight. Vendor fees will be applied at checkout upon application approval, and State Fair of Louisiana staff will follow up with additional details regarding payment and space availability.

Fairground Finds – Vendor Terms & Conditions

By submitting a vendor application for Fairground Finds on May 16th at the Louisiana State Fairgrounds, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application & Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee a vendor space. All applications are subject to approval by event management. Approved vendors will be contacted with confirmation and payment instructions.

2. Vendor Space & Setup
Each vendor space is assigned based on availability. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tents and display materials. Tables and chairs are not included but will be available for rental. Setup and breakdown times will be provided prior to the event and must be strictly followed.

3. Payment Policy
Vendor fees must be paid in full to secure your space. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Vendor spaces are non-transferable without prior approval.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Items
Fairground Finds is a garage sale/flea market-style event. Vendors may sell gently used items, handmade goods, antiques, collectibles, and similar merchandise.
The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal items
    Event management reserves the right to require removal of any item deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.

5. Conduct & Compliance
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. All vendors must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including any applicable sales tax requirements.

6. Liability
The State Fair of Louisiana is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own equipment and merchandise.

7. Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event unless otherwise determined by event management. No refunds will be issued due to weather or any other circumstances.

8. Clean-Up
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean throughout the event. All trash, unsold items, and materials must be removed at the end of the event.

9. Cancellation by Vendor
If a vendor is unable to attend, notification must be given as soon as possible. Vendor fees remain non-refundable.

10. Agreement
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
