By submitting and agreeing to the following terms and conditions, the undersigned party ("the Organizer") hereby consents to allow the State Fair of Louisiana ("the Fair") to contact them regarding their event. This document serves as a formal request for proposal or quote (pricing) for said event.
The Fair explicitly states that it does not guarantee the availability of an event date or facility unless and until a signed contract and deposit have been formally recorded. Additionally, it is imperative to understand that the submission of a request for proposal or quote(pricing) does not constitute confirmation of a date until a contract has been executed.
The Fair retains the unilateral right to decline or deny any event based on considerations including but not limited to date availability, safety, and security concerns.
By agreeing to the terms, the Organizer acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of the aforementioned terms and agrees to comply with all policies and procedures established by the State Fair of Louisiana.
