2025 Fair Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the State Fair of Louisiana!

Whether you're signing up as an individual or as part of a group, we’re excited to welcome your application. Volunteering at the fair is a fun and rewarding way to give back to your community while being part of a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including Birthday Party Attendants, Livestock Helpers, Brand Ambassadors, Gate Attendants, Office Assistants, and more.

Please note:

  • This is an interest form only and does not guarantee placement.
  • This is not a job application—volunteer positions are unpaid.
  • Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise approved by the fair.
