Ag Magic REGISTRATION

When registering your group for AgMagic tours, please select tickets based on the number of youth attending.

Tour groups are available for students in grades 3–6. Adult tickets are encouraged for accompanying chaperones but should not be selected within the tour time slots. Instead, adult tickets will be added as an “Add-On” after selecting student tickets during checkout, under the “You May Also Like” section.

For larger groups, please keep your tour times grouped together and reserve the maximum number of available tickets within a single time slot before moving to the next. For example, if you are bringing 60 youth, you would select 30 tickets for 9:00 AM and 30 tickets for 9:09 AM.

This helps us keep larger groups organized and makes it easier to schedule additional groups efficiently by maintaining availability within each time slot.

A confirmation email will be sent 3–5 days before your visit with additional tour details.

Please note that groups larger than 25 students may be divided into smaller tour groups to ensure a better experience. All participants should arrive at the scheduled time for their reserved time slot.

Tour guides and event administrators will provide further instructions at the start of the tour.

No ice chests or outside food and beverages (lunches) are permitted on the midway. However, outside food and drinks may be consumed in the Corporate Party Tent located near the main entrance. This area will serve as the designated lunch space for field trips and may be shared with other school groups. If you choose to leave lunches unattended in this area while attending your tour, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

For convenience, a $10 sack lunch (hamburger, chips, small water, and cookie) is available for purchase through the Louisiana Cattlemen’s Association to eat on site. Emails will not be checked after October 28th so if you have any questions or need to make an adjustment to your Cattleman's order, please call 225-428-7163.

Arrival Instructions:
Please arrive at the Agriculture Building at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your tour to allow sufficient time for check-in. This will also ensure your group can participate in any pre-tour activities. Please plan for additional time to complete security screenings.

Parking Instructions:
All buses must enter, unload, and park in the Main Parking Lot next to the Main Gate, in front of the corporate party tent. No buses will be allowed to enter, unload, or park through the stadium gate entrance near Gate 7.
