Tailgating & Parking Spaces
Each tailgate space (White Lot) is a standard 9' x 19' parking space and includes one parking credential.
Your purchased space may be used for parking, tailgating, or both.
Your tailgate setup, including tents, tables, chairs, grills, coolers, and other equipment, must remain completely within your designated space.
Tailgating or setting up equipment in drive aisles, roadways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or other spaces is not permitted.
Spaces are sold individually. We strongly recommend purchasing two or more spaces if you plan to both park a vehicle and set up a tailgate. For example, one space can be used for your vehicle and another for your tailgate.
You may not park in a space that has not been purchased by you.
Vehicles found parked in unauthorized spaces may be towed at the owner's expense.
Parking in roadways, aisles, fire lanes, or other restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
Handicapped parking is reserved for vehicles displaying a valid handicapped parking plate or tag. Vehicles parked in handicapped spaces without proper identification are not permitted and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Emergency access lanes must remain clear at all times.
RVs & Motor Homes
RVs and motor homes are permitted; however, you must purchase enough consecutive spaces for your RV or motor home to fit completely within the purchased spaces.
RVs and motor homes must fit horizontally within the designated parking spaces.
Please note that the Tailgating Area is a parking lot, not an RV campground, and maneuvering or parking larger vehicles may be difficult.
RVs or motor homes that do not fit within the purchased spaces may not be permitted to remain in the Tailgating Area.
No electrical, water, sewer, or other RV hookups are available.
RV slide-outs, awnings, and other extensions must remain within your purchased spaces and may not obstruct roadways or neighboring spaces.
We do offer other RV parking spaces and locations if your RV won’t fit in your tailgating space. There is an additional RV fee for these spaces.
Parking Credentials
Every vehicle entering the Tailgating Area must have a valid parking credential.
Parking credentials must be printed and displayed on the vehicle's dashboard at all times.
Digital credentials displayed on a phone will not be accepted.
No printed credential = No entry. No exceptions.
Event staff will not print credentials at the entrance.
Each credential contains a unique QR code that will be scanned upon entry.
Parking credentials may not be copied, duplicated, altered, transferred, or passed between vehicles.
Passing or sharing credentials is prohibited. If you are found to be passing or sharing your tailgating space credentials, you may no longer be eligible to purchase a tailgating space in the future.
Only credentialed vehicles will be permitted through Tailgating Area checkpoints.
Vehicles without a valid credential may be denied entry or towed at the owner's expense.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted in the Tailgating Area in accordance with applicable laws.
Alcohol may only be possessed and consumed by individuals 21 years of age or older.
A valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age.
The sale, resale, or distribution of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Providing alcohol to anyone under 21 is prohibited.
Individuals who are visibly intoxicated, acting disorderly, or creating a disturbance may be removed from the Tailgating Area.
Individuals violating alcohol policies may be reported to law enforcement and/or banned from future tailgating events.
Grills, Cooking & Fire Safety
BBQ grills and smokers are permitted.
Open flames, fire pits, bonfires, and ground fires are strictly prohibited.
All grills and smokers must be safely contained and operated in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Grills and smokers must remain within your designated parking space.
Do not place grills or smokers where they block roadways, walkways, entrances, exits, or neighboring spaces.
Do not dump hot coals, ashes, grease, or other cooking materials on the ground or pavement.
All coals and ashes must be completely extinguished and disposed of properly.
Never leave a grill or smoker unattended while it is hot.
Event staff may require any grill or smoker deemed unsafe to be extinguished or removed.
Fire extinguishers are recommended for all tailgates using grills or smokers.
Glass & Prohibited Items
Glass bottles and glass containers are prohibited.
All beverages must be transported and served in non-glass containers.
Weapons, fireworks, explosives, and other dangerous or prohibited items are not permitted.
Any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by event staff or law enforcement may be prohibited from the Tailgating Area.
Tents & Tailgate Equipment
Pop-up tents are permitted.
All tents must remain completely within your designated parking spaces.
Guests are responsible for providing their own tent weights.
All tents must be properly weighted and secured.
Tents, canopies, tables, chairs, coolers, games, decorations, and other equipment may not extend into aisles or neighboring spaces.
Tents and other equipment must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
Event staff may require tents to be removed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Music & Conduct
Please be respectful of your fellow tailgaters.
Loud music is not permitted.
PA systems, amplified sound systems, and active demonstrations are prohibited unless specifically approved by event management.
Music containing excessive vulgarity, profanity, or offensive content is prohibited.
Fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, intimidation, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
Individuals acting under the influence or behaving disorderly may be removed from the Tailgating Area and may be banned from future tailgating events.
Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement.
Event staff and law enforcement have the final authority regarding removal from the Tailgating Area.
Golf Carts & Utility Vehicles
· Golf cart operators must provide proof of $1 million in liability insurance and meet all event requirements before operating in the Tailgating Area.
Golf carts may only be operated in designated areas and must yield to pedestrians.
Reckless or unsafe operation is prohibited.
Event staff may revoke a golf cart permission at any time for unsafe or improper operation.
Catering & Vendors
Catering drop-offs are permitted in the Main Lot only.
Catering and delivery vehicles must follow all event staff instructions.
Unauthorized vendors, food sales, merchandise sales, or commercial activity are not permitted in the Tailgating Area without prior approval.
Catering vehicles may not block roadways, aisles, emergency access, or other parking spaces.
Trash & Clean Up
All trash must be placed in designated trash containers.
Please do not leave trash, food, bottles, cans, boxes, or other materials in your parking space or in the lot.
Each tailgate is responsible for leaving its space clean and free of debris.
Dumping grease, liquids, charcoal, ashes, or other materials onto the pavement or ground is prohibited.
Failure to properly clean your space may result in removal or a ban from future tailgating events.
Game-Day & Departure
The Tailgating Area must be completely emptied no later than two hours after the conclusion of the game.
All vehicles, tents, equipment, trash, and personal belongings must be removed by this time.
Vehicles remaining after the required closing time may be subject to removal or towing at the owner's expense.
Guests must follow all instructions from event staff regarding traffic flow and departure.
No Unauthorized Parking
You may only park in the space(s) assigned to your credential.
Do not park in another guest's space, an empty/unpurchased space, a roadway, an aisle, fire lane, or any other restricted area.
Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Do not move barricades, cones, signage, or other traffic-control equipment.
Pets & Animals
· Pets must remain under the control of their owner at all times.
Pets must be leashed unless otherwise permitted by event management.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
Weather & Safety
Tailgating activities may be modified, delayed, or suspended due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Event management reserves the right to close the Tailgating Area or require guests to evacuate when necessary for safety.
Follow all instructions from event staff, security, and emergency personnel.
Do not block emergency vehicles, fire lanes, exits, or access routes.
Enforcement & Penalties
Event staff and security may enforce these rules at any time.
Violation of any Tailgating Area rule may result in removal from the Tailgating Area, loss of tailgating privileges, towing, referral to law enforcement, or a ban from future tailgating events.
No refunds will be issued for guests removed or banned due to rule violations.
Event management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual or vehicle that violates these rules or creates a safety concern.
Serious violations may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
